A 3rd generation restaurateur, a lover of the environment and all things natural, Chef Rodney Einhorn is passionate about true flavors, purity of product and support of sustainable farming.

A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Chef Rodney went on to perfect his skills at Le Cirque 2000 in New York. Adding to an impressive culinary portfolio, he then moved on to Aspen Colorado as the Executive Chef at the Sky Hotel's hip 39 Degrees Lounge, where he hosted part of Aspen's celebrated Food and Wine Festival.

Coming home to Virginia Beach and opening Terrapin in 2006, Chef Rodney has received numerous local, state and regional awards and recognition - including the 2011 honor of taking his kitchen team to cook at the prestigious James Beard House in New York.
